Direct Wholesale Only (DWO) is specifically designed to put the buyer in control. We empower our customers to set the pricing direction and 
determine the amount they wish to propose for a vehicle. When your bid is accepted, you'll immediately become the vehicle's owner.

 

Our Bidders set the price for ownership. This is a confidential, silent bidding process for dealerships to acquire inventory on their terms.

 

Dealership Registration to Purchase
  1. Registration – Dealerships must be registered and approved to engage in bidding.
  2. Company Details - All company details, including MDL, must be accepted, confirmed, and on file with DWO. An authorized representative of the dealership must have signed, agreed to, and accepted the terms to participate.
  3. Contact Details - Contact details of the Director/authorized buyer must be on file with DWO.
Freight Cost Note

When you place a bid, you are committing to buy the vehicle at your offer price if it is accepted. If your offer is accepted, you will be charged a buyerfee of $295 AUD + GST as well as any freight and logistics costs.


Inventory Available - Vehicle Details
  1. Vehicle Reconditioning Estimate - This estimate is based on DWO's opinion and is not an offer to fix, make good, or repair the vehicle to roadworthy condition.
  2. Vehicle Description - Each vehicle is sold subject to all faults and defects disclosed. DWO will aim to describe all vehicles accurately, including their year models and any known faults or defects.
Bidding Process
  1. Setting the Price- Direct Wholesale Only empowers you to set the price you are willing to pay for the vehicle through a confidential, silent bidding process.
  2. Bid Confirmation - Bids cannot be retracted once confirmed; they can only be increased. When you place and confirm your bid, you are committing to buy the vehicle at your confirmed bid price if accepted.
  3. Bid Acceptance and Charges - If your offer is accepted, you will be charged a buyer fee of $295 AUD + GST. You will be responsible for the freight and logistics costs along with facilitating the freight/logistic process.
  4. Payment - Payment must be received by cleared funds (within 48 hours of purchase) prior to the vehicle possession changing to the successful bidder (purchaser).
  5. Sales Documentation - Vehicles are sold on Form 11.
  6. Ownership and Risk - Each vehicle will be at the purchaser’s risk in all respects from the moment it leaves the premises.
Acceptance of Bid
  1. Electronic Acceptance - The electronic acceptance of any bid made for a sales offer by the system, following a bid at the price or for a bid at a price in DWO, confirming an agreement between the purchaser and DWO.
  2. Bid - The offers made by a bidder in the effort to buy a specific vehicle from Direct Wholesale Only – dealer vehicle website.
  3. Purchaser - The successful bidder, who enters into a sale and purchase agreement with DWO in respect of a specific vehicle.

By adhering to these terms and conditions, you ensure a smooth and efficient process in acquiring inventory through Direct Wholesale Only.
